Must Read: Awkward Ways I Met Girls

The Lamb was locked up in jail awaiting trial. While the Grey Falcon was preparing to fly.

Two things were about to happen. One, we apprehend a cold blooded murderer. Or two, I make a fool of myself, and everybody involved.
I had doubts. How could it be Bibi. Of all people, that very friendly personality. I thought of her kindness. She had brought food for me couple of times after making love. Thoughtful girl. And the lovemaking was out of this world. She perfectly knew how to screw a man. Positioning herself properly. And those m0ans that caressed my ears. Hmmmmm…

Clara and I ran toward the international airport terminal at the Murtal Muhammed International Airport. As we approached, there was a crowd gathered at the low gate used to as barricade. Officials barricaded the way to reduce crowd in the main building. Quite a number are always gathered either to receive returning relatives or seeing off folks.

We stopped and rested a bit so the perspirations would cool off while we waited for the inspector and his colleagues. I was panting heavily when I realized I could look for a way to collect some info if I can, relating to the outbound flight to South Africa. I needed a travelling agency. So I decided to go in. Pushing through the crowd to the front of those mean looking security officers manning the barricade. Those guys weren’t smiling o.

So I decided Clara might get past them better. We planned it and she agreed.

She pressed through the crowd and got to the front. She said some things to them and next thing I knew, they let her pass. Na wa o, women get power sha.

She walked to the main entrance of glass doors. As she approached the glass doors opened, she walked past another cluster of security guys there, and went in.

Women sha. If to say na me try am, dem go don knack me kondo for head.

I saw her go in and I knew we could do this.
I called Clara and directed her on how to get our much needed information. More, to be very vigilant for Bibi.

Some minutes later she called back. She had gotten some info. South African airways was scheduled to leave at 10:45am. Great work done! So we expect her to arrive around 10. Perhaps, earlier. It was some minutes before 8.
About 30 minutes after this, the inspector called. They were at the airport. Great! With their ID, going in would be executive. I described where I was and in the next moment they met me. He was with Sergent Sunday and two other men in mufti. Each man carried a walkie-talkie. They took me aside and I ran through the clues again with them. They still looked a little doubtful, but we headed in. Sergent Sunday showed he was mentally efficient. He had logged back into Rumie’s facebook account and found a way to print out one of Bibi’s pictures. Of course she should recognise her cos he was there the day of the murder when we were all interogated. Also, we had checked her profile out together when we sought her address.

Thankfully, Inspector Okoro had gotten enough clearance to access some security apparatus the airport had. A murder suspect was on high flight risk and had to be stopped.

A flash of Inspector Okoro’s ID saw the officers manning the barricade give way instantly. We headed for the main entrance to the building.
The police was really looking efficient o. Or was Rumie’s father pulling strings at the background?

Once inside, the Inspector got to work. The other guys had copies of Bibi’s face. I saw one talking with the security guys at the entrance. I think he was to take position there. The other man went to the lower floor, which I think had an entrance also.

Clara had joined us so I, Clara and Sergent Sunday went to take a position out of view but overseeing activities in the hall. We had inquired where the checking in queue and process was while Inspector Okoro slid out of view.

He had gone to the IT room where the security cameras of the airport was overseen.

From that vantage point on the cameras, once he located the target, she would radio other men. I think he also required the assistance of the police stationed at the airport.

The airport was on lock down, there was no escaping once she arrived.

And so, the wait for the arrival of the flying predator began…
