UCL: Gundogan labels Osimhen, Lewandowski world class strikers

Barcelona midfielder, Ilkay Gundogan has named Victor Osimhen and Robert Lewandowski among the best strikers in the world.

Osimhen and Lewandowski were both on target in Wednesday’s night UEFA Champions League clash between Napoli and Barcelona.

Lewandowski opened scoring for Barcelona on the hour mark, while Osimhen equalised for Napoli 15 minutes later.

Gundogan was full of credit for both players after the game.

“Both are great strikers, they know where the goal is and how to score, they are good at finishing,” Gundogan was quoted by Tribal Football.

“I think Robert adapts well to our game, he knows how to control the ball in difficult conditions.

“Osimhen knows how to be aggressive when he has a player on him, but also if they have different qualities they are two world-class footballers.”
