We reported earlier today that Lagos-based film-maker, Seun Egbegbe, the estranged lover of popular Nollywood actress, Toyin Aimakhu, who was arrested at the popular Computer village in Ikeja on Tuesday for allegedly stealing iPhones, was arraigned in court by the Lagos State Police Command.

LIB had exclusively reported that the film-maker was officially charged to court by the Police earlier this morning at the Magistrate court in Ikeja, adding that the Lagos State Police PRO, Dolapo Badmus said: "After Discreet Police Investigation and two nights in custody, Seun Egbegbe has been charged to court for stealing."

GoldMyne TV who went to court to cover the proceedings, reported that the embattled movie producer who pleaded non-guilty, has been granted bail.

"He was as arraigned before an Ikeja magistrate court earlier today, Thursday, November 24, and was granted bail, with the case adjourned to February 8, 2017, Enconium.ng reports.

"The case against him was before Mrs. A. J. Atunwa at Roseline Omotosho Court House in GRA Ikeja.

"The magistrate admitted the accused on bail, with two sureties who have N2 million in their account, and property in Ikeja area of Lagos.

"The controversial film maker pleaded not guilty.

"It was unclear if he managed to perfect his bail conditions."
