A very hilarious, but also disturbing video clip has emerged online showing the moment a young man reacted in a weird manner after smoking a type of weed known as "loud" in the Lekki area of Lagos Island.

The identity of the young man or whether he got help from his friends was not ascertained as at the time of filing this report, but the video has gone viral with many condemning the lackadaisical reaction of the man's friend who have decided to have fun at the man's condition instead of finding him help.
