A 17 year old teen named Garry Pinkney, was arrested by police as he attempted to rape a 13year-old girl in the Bronx.
Garry is accused of following his young victim into an elevator building on Thursday July 14th and convinced the young girl to let him into her apartment. Once he got inside, the teen armed with a knife demanded money, then forced her to perform oral sex on him before trying to rape her but was spooked by a neighbour and fled. He is now charged with attempted rape, robbery, burglary and a criminal sex act, police said.
