Kogi State University (KSU) Students Union leaders this morning took to major roads in the state to protest the three months and still counting industrial strike action embarked by the Academic Staff Union of Kogi State University Chapter.

According to the SUG leaders who were joined by some members of the National Association of Nigeria Student (NANS), the students want the State Government to come to their aide so they can resume back to school and finish their academic session.

As they marched to the State Government House, they blocked the major route of Lokoja, Kogi State Capital linking from Ganaja Junction to Falele. And trust them they sang from the school gate down to the Government house. We hope they will be heard.
