President Buhari may still travel abroad for medical attention if the need arises- Femi Adesina says

Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, today hinted that President Buhari may still travel abroad for medical attention if the need arises. He gave the hint during an interview with Channels TV today


"What Nigerians should hope for is that our president will remain whole. But if there is any reason to go out, why not? You need to first stay alive before you can lead a country.

So whatever it takes for our president to remain healthy should be done, but we want to hope and believe that the worst is over” he said.

Recall that President Buhari returned to Nigeria from the UK where he had been since May 7th undergoing medical treatment for an undisclosed ailment.
