See 4 New Signings That Will Shine Like Gold In The Premier League Next Season

We are closer than ever to the new Premier League season which begins on August 11, 2017 and clubs as usual are scrambling to bring in quality players ahead of transfer closure date on Thursday, August 31.

Naijaloaded Sports Highlights The 4 Players That Will Take The League By Storm In The Coming Season:

Manchester United spent a whooping £75m to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton amid intense interests from his boyhood club Chelsea.

With 53 goals in 113 appearances for ex club Everton, the 24-year old is a determined goal poacher and Mourinho will look to build his team around the striker.

Alongside Pogba and co, Manchester United could have a sturdy team to play against next season spearheaded by the effervescent Lukaku.

Salah signed for Chelsea On 23 January 2014 with high hopes after an illustrious season with Basel prior.

However, he failed to make waves in the Premier League, forking only three league appearances before a loan move to Fiorentina was sanctioned by then manager Jose Mourinho.

Fast forward to 2017 and he is back again to the EPL.

Liverpool paid €42m (fee that could rise to up to €50m) to Roma for the Egyptian.

Salah’s pace is one of many attributes that makes him a standout. His manager supported this verdict too.

“Even if people didn’t know too much about him, they [must have] watched a few videos and they are impressive. He is a fantastic player, with speed,” Jurgen Klopp told the club’s official website.

With the complexity and arduous nature of the Premier League, players with pace are bound to flourish when tactics fail, and no wonder Liverpool are gambling on Salah to make them an intimidating side next season.

New signing Alvaro Morata is expected to bring a different dimension to Chelsea’s attacking line, with Diego Costa set to leave the club this summer.

The £70 million recruit from Real Madrid made an instant impression in his debut match in Chelsea’s 3-2 loss to Bayern in the International Champions Cup with an assist.

Michy Batshuayi is also another striker that could offer spirited competition for the coveted lone central striking berth in Conte’s team.

Chelsea, next season, are the team to watch

So it was no surprise that Arsenal have splashed £52.7m for former Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette.

The 26-year old is a proven goalscorer; banging 129 goals in 275 matches for Lyon. In the 2014–15 French league season, he was Ligue 1’s top scorer with 27 goals in 33 games.

Lacazette is expected to bring a different dimension to Arsenal’s attacking line, and with Mesut Ozil already close to agreeing to a new deal to remain at the club, both players are expected to work in tandem alongside the effervescent Alexis Sanchez.
