Adsense matched content is not enabled for all adsense publishers, they have to approve your blog if eligible.so you may ask how can i apply for adsense matched content.well, you don't need to apply because there is no registration button to apply for it.the process to qualify for adsense matched content is not yet certain because adsense teams will make the decision. they automatically approve blogs that falls within their criteria. if they found your blog eligible, they will send you a message that your blog is qualified to use adsense matched content and you will see the wordREADY under site management from your dashboard

But if you want to check if your blog is qualified for adsense matched content, then login to your google adsense dashboard.

Scroll to the top right and click on the gear Icon, go to settings=site management. there you will see either not eligible or Ready. if your blog is qualified, you will see ready but if its not qualified, you will see Not Eligible.
