STRANGE! Man Kills His Daughter, Then Dumps Her Corpse At Her Boyfriend’s House

Due to a strange cultural belief and parents disapproval, a man has killed his teenage daughter and dumped her corpse at the doorstep of her boyfriend’s house.

The Indian police has on Wednesday arrested the man after he allegedly murdered his teenage daughter in a belief called honour-killing after she was caught dating a boyfriend’s he did not approve of.

The father was reported to have killed his daughter by slitting her throat and dumping the 15-year-old’s body on the doorstep of her boyfriend’s house in the Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh State.

A local police officer, Shivraj Singh told AFP that the man has since been arrested. “We have arrested the father for her murder,” he said.

The father was more angered by his daughter’s relationship with the boyfriend when the teenager allegedly sneaked into the girl’s house early Tuesday morning but was caught by her mother. Learning about the incident, the father returned home and butchered his daughter with a meat cleaver before leaving her body at the doorstep of the boyfriend.

The Muslim families had disapproved and kicked against the relationship because they believe the teenagers are from the same caste. In a strange cultural belief, Some Indians perceive unions from the same “gotra” or kinship group as incest despite the lack of genetic links.

This strong beliefs around same-caste pairings have been a motivating factor leading to what they refer to as honour killings which was what the father of this teenage girl did to his daughter.
