BET winner and songwriter, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known by his stage name Wizkid, has taken his time out to thank his teaming fans for all the support and love they have shown him all this years.

In December 2016, the star was advised by his doctors to take a chill pill as his health was becoming a major concern. As a result, Wizkid was forced to cancel all major shows and decided to rest.

However, in a series of tweets, the Come Closer singer has come out to say a big thank you and has announced his first gig which is scheduled for 2nd of July.

Star boy Wizkid recently grabbed his second BET Award at the recently concluded BET Awards 2017. He bagged the Best International Act: Africa, at the 2017 edition of the Black Entertainment Television, BET, Award.
