Bad Medicine is a glam metal hard rock song recorded by American rock band Bon Jovi, for their 1988 fourth studio album New Jersey.
It was written by Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora and Desmond Child.
The Bruce Fairbairn-produced track was released on September 3, 1988 as the lead single from the album and went ahead to top the US Billboard Hot 100. It reached Number 17 in the UK, while entering top 10 in 6 other countries.
Tidbit: Mexican Wrestler Dr. Wagner Jr. uses the song as his entrance theme song.
