Chukwudi - Girl Dem ft. Jigsaw

“Kenneth Chukwudi Opara (born October 12, 1991), known by his stage name ‘Chukwudi’ (formerly Papachill), Is a Nigerian, Rap
Artiste/Record producer.

He started out in 2011 as a rapper, performing at an open mic show called ‘wax lyrical’ hosted by ‘loose kaynon’. Then eventually put together a group of four artistes including himself. They were called the ‘AlphaTryyb’. The group split up due to a conflict in vision,
which Forced Chukwudi back to the drawing board.

With no formal musiceducation, his product is from years of listening and experimenting with sounds. He grew up listening to ‘highlife': The
likes of; Osadebe, Victor Olaiya, Rex Lawson and The Oriental brothers. Also alot of R&B, soul and hip-hop. Eminem from the 90’s,
had a great Influence on his approach to rap.
His most recent work is titled ‘Girl Dem’. The song features JIGSAW, and is produced by ‘Sheik Baba’ who is also responsible for hits like
“Chill” by NOKS, “Take U There” by M3riss.”
