Daniel Caesar decides to return to the scene today and share this new song here called “Who hurt You?” and there’s quite the backstory to it as well.

Hours before the song surfaced online, Daniel Caesar tweeted out a “missed connection” ad on Craigslist, looking for a what he called a “voluptuous beauty” in a blonde wig he encountered at Atlanta’s Follies strip club.

He said he gave her about $3400 dollars and she complimented him on his “gap tooth,” but he lost her number she gave him. So as a result, he decided to take to Craigslist and a write this song after the stripper he met that night, alas “who hurt you?”
