The song, written by DMX and produced by DJ SHOK, was released as the first single from the album on November 27, 1998.

On the charts, the single peaked at Number 30 on the UK Singles Chart, and at Number 60 on the US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. It has been certified gold in the US as well.
