Caribbean Blue is a new age song recorded by Irish singer, songwriter and musician Enya, for her 1991 third studio album Shepherd Moons.
Like most of her songs, this one too was composed by Enya, its lyrics written by Roma Ryan and its production handled by Nicky Ryan.
The track was released as the second single from the album on October 7, 1991, peaking highest at Number 2 in the US on the Billboard Hot Modern Rock Tracks. In the UK, the single was successful, climaxing at Number 13.
Also, Caribbean Blue has famously been used in many TV shows and motion pictures.
