J-sol - No Make Up ft. Geko

21 year old Nigerian singer-songwriter J-Sol, one of the UK’s freshest R’n’B talents returns to the scene with his single ‘No Make Up’ from his debut chart topping EP Genesis. No Make Up was premiered by Mandem On The Wall from hit Channel 4 TV Youngers on there Reprezent Radio show on the 23rd of March and is now available for pre order via iTunes.

Hot on the heels of his previous single ‘Keep It On The Low’ which featured US R’n’B starlet Dondria Nicole and Sneakbo a shining light in the UK rap scene. ‘Keep It On The Low’ was premiered on BBC 1Xtra and was also played on Capital Xtra, Bang FM, Rinse FM and Kiss FM.

‘No Make Up’ aims to appeal more to the female audience with its message of female empowerment. While the feature from rapper Geko who has performed alongside Big Sean and Tinie Tempah makes sure the male audience is not alienated. J-Sol’s smooth vocals and unique tone give this single a commercial and uplifting feel.
