JayDaYoungan assumes his rightful place in the modern lexicon of Louisiana Rap.

Upon listening to JayDaYoungan's latest project, I could sense a common thread amongst the hip-hop faithful in Louisiana. Jay is no different than his contemporaries and their inexplicable "Southern demeanor."

Baton Rouge's JayDaYoungan takes from the same identifiable trends, forever impelled by this notion of approachability that many young Louisianans lay claim to - through their musical output, so much as their presence in shopping malls and Insta Live sessions.

They're going to drag JayDaYougan for getting booked on his way to a Rolling Loud set last weekend. The truth in the matter is that JayDaYougan doesn't lose anything in translation, on the basis of the booking alone.
