Sexy Love is an R&B song which is the fourth and final US single and the second and final international single released from Ne-Yo‘s 2006 debut album, In My Own Words.

It was written by Ne-Yo and StarGate, who also produced the song. The song is often compared to So Sick in the sense that there is a huge difference in contrast between the two.

Sexy Love held down the number-seven spot on the US Billboard Hot 100, while taking it up two notches on the UK Singles chart at number five. Its highest peak was on the US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs at number two. It’s no surprise the hit song has been certified 3x platinum in the US.
