Africa’s best table tennis star and World No. 25, Aruna Quadri graduated from the Atlantic International University of America in homeland security and security management SR Sports can authoritatively report.
Quadri graduated alongside his wife from the university, which is another landmark achievement for the versatile table tennis player.
The Portuguese-based player holds Africa’s record as he reached quarter-finals at the recently concluded Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
In 2014, he was ranked number 30 in world table tennis, and the International Table Tennis Federation named him the Star Player of the year. He defeated Portugal’s Marcos Freitas, who is the 2014 European Team Championships winner and the first Portuguese player to be ranked top 10 in the world.
