Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil is the best no. 10 in the world, according to his team-mate Hector Bellerin.

The German playmaker is having the season of his life for the Gunners and, after providing 13 assists in the Premier League, is closing in on Thierry Henry’s record of 20 in a season.

After two underwhelming campaigns for the Gunners, Ozil is finally proving to Gooners that he was worth the £42.4million they paid for the 27-year-old back in 2013.

Bellerin told the Sun: ‘All players have their ups and downs when they arrive in the Premier League.

‘We are all very happy he is finding himself and playing even better.

‘He is making so many assists and scoring so many goals. There’s not a No 10 better than him right now. We’re very happy to have him.’
