Higuain and Aguero recalled to latest Argentina squad
The forward's excellent start to life in Turin has apparently caught the eye of coach Edgardo Bauza, who welcomes him back into the international fold after a short absence
Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain has returned to the Argentina squad for the latest round of World Cup qualifiers, while Sergio Aguero is back after missing September's games.
Higuain was left out of Argentina's clashes against Uruguay and Venezuela while Manchester City star Aguero missed the games through injury.
Lionel Messi grabbed the only goal in a win over the Celeste in the absence of his counterparts, before the side battled back from 2-0 down to grab a draw against Venezuela.
But having ignored Pipita for his first squad, new coach Edgardo Bauza has given the forward a chance to shine in the games against Peru and Paraguay.
The Albiceleste visit Lima on October 6 for the first game of the double-header, before hosting Paraguay five days later.
