Talented artiste, Peter Okoye, has announced the signing of a new act to his record label.

The announcement was made on Tuesday, May 24, via Instagram. Peter, gushed all over the new act, simply known as Papi J.

According to Peter, Papi J, who happens to be the husband of Nigerian dance Queen Kaffy, is very talented and already has a new song featuring Peter himself titled " 4GetUrLevel ".

The R&B artiste, Peter, wrote:
