Barnabas Du Plessis, 41, is a lifelong builder and reigning Mr Universe. As is obvious from his rippling muscles, his training regime is gruelling and he recently switched to a vegan diet. Before turning vegan, he used to down ten egg whites, nuts and cornflakes for breakfast, now he goes for Vegan protein with tapioca/ rice flakes/ quinoa and mixed seeds, cacao and stevia.
