Wounded (A Story By Penshalom) Season 1

I fall to the ground hard due to the impact of the blow on my stomach.


I feel something moving down my face, I touched it and I saw blood on my hands.


"I ought to kill you, slut" he yelled at me, his veins popping out.



I didn't say anything, I just continue to sob on the floor.


He moved closer, I wanted to move back but I was too tired to even lift myself.


"Get out of my way bitch"

He kicked me in the stomach and walked out.

As soon as I hear the door close, I sigh in relief.
I try to sit up, tears streaming down my eyes.


The pain in my stomach too much to bear.


He probably broke a rib, again.


I manage to sit up and drag myself to the closest wall.


I start crying again as my eyes focus on the picture on the wall.
We look so happy.


I look so happy.
I was so in love with him.
I guess that's what blinded me.
No, I was not blind to it, I overlooked the signs, I kept thinking things will be better.


My emotions got the best of me, I was overruled by them.


I look towards the photo again, staring at the biggest mistake of my life.


It all started in that restaurant.
