I Take Care of My Husband, I Still Cook for Him – Aisha Buhari

Wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, had said that despite her present status, she still cooks the food her husband, President Muhammadu Buhari, eats and it's the right thing to do.

She said this at a party for children drawn from different parts of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja to mark Eid-el-Fitri celebration at the Banquet Hall of the Villa, last year. Her words:

“I’m going to leave you soon. I want to go back home to cook for my husband because my children are here playing with you. Nobody is at home, only my husband. So, I want to go back home to be with him and also cook dinner for him.”

It could well be that President Buhari was joking, knowing that his wife loves cooking for him. Lol!
