Philthy Rich released “East Oakland Legend” earlier today and now he quickly returns with an official music video.

The West Coast rapper hangs out with his crew enjoying palm trees, sunshine, luxury cars, and more in the black and white footage.

Philthy is off to a great start this year. He delivered’s for “Bill Cosby,” “Bentley Truck,” and “No Cap” and dropped his The Remixes 3 EP.
