Fully armed terrorist group swore not to give up until the government adhere/succumb to their
demands of ruling over. The soldiers on the other hand refused going into war with the terrorist because they were not fully prepared unlike the terrorist group. The soldiers waged war against their commander (T. k Bello) for trying to force them into going into war with the terrorist without being fully prepared with the war necessities which landed them(The soldiers) in prison. Chief of defence staff ordered the killing of the soldiers who dared the orders of the Army commander but his orders was against the constitution of the Army. The death sentence was swapped into three months imprisonment with hard labor. David(Sylvester Madu) and the group of soldiers were discharged from the military but
