However, people who knew the man identified him as 19 year old Andrew Farrell who suffered from Autism and social anxiety.

When 50 Cent realized his mistake, he deleted the video from his Instagram account after an online backlash.

The parents of the worker, Andrew Farrell, said he has mild autism and deals with social anxiety.

His step Father Ken Farrell said seeing the footage felt like a "slap in the face". He said he'd take 50 Cents to court unless he donates $1 million to a GoFundMe as well as issue a public apology to Andrew.

"Personally, I think the guy was mad. Andrew didn't know who he was right away and he ignored him and he did his job and went about his business. "I think he was mad and offended that someone didn't flock to him."50 Cent has since issued an apology to the young man through Page Six. he said:
